99 Degrees Trading

By purchasing products or services from 99 Degrees Trading, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Warranty Coverage

All warranties provided by 99 Degrees Trading apply strictly to manufacturer defects only.

Warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Software malfunctions or software-related issues
  • Electrical damage or power surges
  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, water damage, burns, impact damage)
  • Customer misuse or accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect chargers or voltage

Customers are strongly advised to use original or correct voltage chargers and accessories.


2. Warranty Period

  • Warranty on phone parts and repair services is 14 days from the date of billing, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Warranty becomes void immediately if the device is opened, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than 99 Degrees Trading.
  • Warranty expires automatically 14 days after the bill date unless a different period is clearly stated.

3. Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The following items carry NO WARRANTY:

  • Batteries
  • Charging cables
  • Adapters
  • Cases
  • Screen protectors (including fibre glass protectors)
  • Accessories

These items are sold as-is.


4. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and warranty claims must:

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt (proof of purchase)
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and invoices
  • Be returned in original or “as new” condition

99 Degrees Trading reserves the right to inspect all returned products to verify reported faults before approving any exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:

  • The product shows signs of physical damage
  • The product has been tampered with
  • The product is missing original packaging or accessories
  • The product is deemed misused or damaged by the customer

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection.
  • Approved refunds may be issued in the original payment method.
  • In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a cash refund.

6. Repair Liability Disclaimer

  • 99 Degrees Trading is not responsible for pre-existing issues not related to the repair requested.
  • Customers are advised to back up all data before repairs.
  • 99 Degrees Trading is not responsible for data loss during repair.
  • Some repairs may affect water resistance or factory seals.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply even if repair is declined.

7. Inspection Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect any device returned under warranty
  • Verify faults before approval
  • Refuse service if device condition violates policy
